Shipping & Returns

This policy applies to original artwork purchased through Art From The Heart.

Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated.

Artwork will be packaged with reasonable care and shipped using a recognized carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, customs processing, or circumstances outside the artist's reasonable control.

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives materially damaged, please contact Art From The Heart within 5 business days of delivery.

Please retain the artwork and all original packaging and provide photographs showing:

• The artwork
• The packaging
• The shipping label
• The visible damage

After reviewing the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include a refund, repair, or replacement when replacement is possible.

Returns

Because each original artwork is unique, sales of original artwork are generally final.

A return may be considered if the artwork arrives materially damaged or substantially differs from its description on the website. Please contact Art From The Heart within 5 business days of delivery if either situation occurs.
